Turkey Meatball Lunch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp adoboe sauce
  • 1/2 chipotle pepper
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 oven
  • 1 freezer safe bag

Method
 

  1. For both meatballs mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Scoop out 1½ T balls and bake at 375 for 20-25 min
  3. To freeze meatballs:
  4. Scoop on to a greased cookie sheet and flash freeze for a couple hours then move to a freezer safe bag.
  5. Thaw completely in the refrigerator and bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
