Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen cheese filled ravioli cooked according to package directions
  • 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • ½ lb. Italian sausage cooked
  • ½ pouch of pepperoni
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • 1 oven
  • 1 cooking spray

Method
 

  1. To assemble the hotdish layer in an 8 x 11.5 in pan*:
  2. add ½ of the ravioli to the bottom
  3. then spread ½ of the jar of spaghetti sauce over the ravioli
  4. add ½ of the ½ lb. Italian sausage
  5. add ½ of the ½ bag of pepperoni
  6. add 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese
  7. finally add ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese
  8. Repeat the layers one more time
  9. Cover the hotdish with foil** and bake at 350 for 30 min
  10. Remove the foil and bake another 10 min until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
  11. *you can certaily use a 9 x 13 pan or two 8 x 8 and freeze one (before baking).
  12. **spray the foil with cooking spray to prevent the cheese from sticking to the foil
