Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 orange pepper chopped
  • 1 pk taco seasoning
  • ¾ of a package of tater tots
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 large pan

Method
 

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add onions, peppers and ground beef and cook until beef is no longer pink and onions and peppers are softened. About 7-8 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning.
  2. Pre heat over to 400 degrees. Grease and 8 X 11½ in. casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread the beef mixture evenly on the bottom of the casserole dish. Spread the queso dip over the beef mixture. Cover with tater tots.
  3. Bake 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
