Method
- Put the beef roast in the slow cooker
- Mix the soup mix and cream of asparagus soup together and dump on top of the roast
- Cook on low heat 8 hours
- Remove the roast from the slow cooker
- Mix 3 T cornstarch and 3 T water together in a bowl and dump into the slow cooker
- Cook on high heat 15 min until thick
- Pour over meat for gravy
